Some of our components remain on the ground in gas turbines producing power in many different applications.Click on the product tabs to find out more about our contribution to each engine type.
We are a partner with GE in the LM6000 aeroderivative gas turbine which delivers 40 MW of power and is used in a variety of marine applications including fast ferry and high speed cargo ship applications as well as for utility power generation and industrial applications.
Derived from the CF6-80C2 commercial aircraft engine, the LM6000 provides 54,610 shaft
horsepower (shp) from either end of the low-pressure rotor system at 3,600 rpm, eliminating the need for a conventional power turbine.
We produce the compressor rear frame, the LP turbine case and the high pressure compressor stage 3-9 spool. We also perform sustaining engineering.
We manufacture complicated fan and compressor structures, or intermediate cases, for several engine programs
Compressor rotors are highly stressed engine parts calling for advanced machining and inspection techniques
