The LM1600 gas turbine

We are a partner to GE in the LM1600 gas turbine. The LM1600 is derived from the F404 turbofan aircraft engine and is used as a power producer for a variety of mechanical drive applications such as driving compressors, electrical generators, pumps and other loads for the petroleum, power generation and process industries. The LM1600's steam generating potential makes it well suited for cogeneration applications.

The LM1600 is also used in marine applications, such as commercial high speed yachts and fast ferries. The LM1600 generates 14.9 MW (20,000 shp) of power.

We are also an Authorised Service Provider for the LM1600 and perform maintenance, repair and overhaul for many operators around the world.
