Our dedicated turbine case flow-line employs a specially-designed pallet system for optimal manufacturing operations. One feature of the closely coordinated flow between machining centers, inspection stations and temporary storage points is automatic alignment of work pieces as they are delivered to the machine tools. The cell's CNC machines, which include 2 and 4-axis vertical lathes and 5-axis machining centers, have integrated data processing of tool information.
