The program starts in September, and applications are accepted during March. We will only regard applications submitted through the Volvo Recruitment pages.
Selected applicants will be subjected to a two-day recruitment session at Volvo Aero Corporation in Trollhättan. Each year Volvo Aero takes on approximately 5-7 new young graduates.
Programme Set Up
The duration of the programme is 15 months, and during the first 11 months graduates are located at the Volvo Aero headquarters in Trollhättan. The 4 last months are spent working abroad at one of our contractors, customers or associates.
During the first 11 months graduates work in 4-6 different departments within the company, normally in periods of 8 weeks at a time. Meanwhile time is set aside for education, field trips and projects within the graduate group. The programme requires all graduates to take a driving and active part in the planning and execution of all activities, allowing each graduate to in a great extent shape their own programme agenda.
